Python is really useful for creating security tools. You can create many tools like Port Scanners, Hash Crackers, Servers and Clients and many more.
A good book I recommend reading that focuses on Python Security is “Black Hat Python” by Justin Seitz.
Hash Cracker is a python script which uses dictionary based to find clear text of a hash. Currently it uses multiple cracking services and only supports non-salted hash. But im looking forward to add more crackers and support for other hash types in upcoming releases.

Downloading and Running Manny Cuevas Hash Cracker
You can download “Manny Cuevas” Hash Cracker from its Github repository as a zip or tar file.
If you are a Linux user then open the terminal and enter:
After that, navigate to Hash Cracker by entering
cd hash-cracker
Now run the program by entering
python hash-crack.py
Now the program will open and ready to aid you in hash cracking
I highly recommend using the rockyou.txt wordlist found on kali linux and plenty of internet websites.
